For more than twenty years, I’ve been working with leaders and entrepreneurs in moments where something essential is at stake – exit decisions, silent crises, burnout, or the quiet feeling that success no longer fits.

With Elaion, I chose to create a place with a very limited number of retreats, to protect both the place and the quality of presence offered to guests.

My work here is simple: to hold a calm, discreet and demanding space, where time stretches just enough for the real decisions to emerge.
I bring the discipline of executive coaching, the sensitivity of a host, and a deep respect for both the land and the people I welcome.

Retreats remain few by design. This allows me to stay closely involved with each guest, and to protect the quality of attention that makes this work possible.
