Three flower vases on Sicilian stone at dusk — quiet, understated

Your tailor‑made retreat

in a Sicilian olive grove sanctuary

Each retreat at Elaiòn is unique.
Designed as a one‑of‑a‑kind stay for 1–3 guests. There is no fixed programme. Instead, we design the rhythm, conversations and spaces around where you are in your life and what truly needs attention. Every stay begins with a confidential conversation.

A secluded olive grove in the Val di Noto

Elaiòn is a small, stone house and olive grove in the hills of south‑eastern Sicily, between Noto and the Iblei mountains.
It is quiet, unhurried and deliberately simple – more sanctuary than resort. You wake up to the light on the olive trees, the sound of wind and birds, and long, open days with very few obligations.

A quiet, held space to let things settle

A typical stay lasts from five to ten days.
Days unfold between unstructured time, walks in the landscape, shared meals and deep conversations.
Some guests come alone, others with a partner or a trusted friend. There is always space for silence. The structure adapts to your energy, not the other way round.

Formats & investment

Retreats at Elaiòn are highly personalised, discreet experiences for 1–3 guests.

  • Solo retreat - for one person in a major transition
  • Duo retreat – for a couple or two close collaborators
  • Small circle – pour un groupe restreint (jusqu’à trois personnes) déjà dans une relation de confiance

Fees reflect the level of privacy, duration and support, and are discussed individually after an initial conversation.
No online booking: every retreat begins with a brief, confidential call to see whether Elaiòn is the right place, at the right moment.

Experiences during your retreat

During your stay, I remain quietly present and available – for informal conversations or more structured coaching sessions, depending on what is most helpful. Nothing is imposed; we decide together what serves you, at your own pace.

Depending on the season and your needs, your days can include simple, grounding experiences: time in the olive grove, unhurried walks in nature, time by the pool or in silence, bodywork with a trusted therapist, home‑cooked meals from the garden and local producers, encounters with local artisans, or slow explorations of nearby baroque towns and landscapes.

Equally, some of the most important moments are those where nothing is planned. Often, what really matters emerges in the spaces between.
