Founder of Domaine Elaion

For more than twenty years, I have accompanied leaders, founders and entrepreneurs through moments of transition: an exit, a quiet crisis, exhaustion, a change of direction, or the feeling that success no longer means what it once did.

My work has taken me through executive coaching, career transition, leadership, organisational change and entrepreneurship. I have worked with people carrying significant responsibility, often at the point where the next decision cannot be made by applying another familiar formula.

Domaine Elaion grew from this experience, and from a personal conviction: some transitions need more than advice. They need time, distance and a setting where a person does not have to perform or explain everything immediately.

I created Elaion in the landscapes of south-eastern Sicily as a private place for that kind of pause. It is deliberately small, with very few stays each year. This allows me to remain personally involved and to offer the discretion, attention and flexibility the experience requires.

My role is not to impose a method or tell you what your next life should look like. It is to hold a calm, private and attentive space, to listen carefully, and to accompany you as you begin to see more clearly what is changing and what may come next.

I bring together the rigour of executive and career coaching, the sensitivity of a host, and a deep respect for the place and the people I welcome here.

Elaion is rooted in Sicily, but the reason for its existence is universal: there are moments when stepping away from one’s usual life is what makes it possible to hear one’s own thinking again.
